My Story
Your Doula, Your Advocate, Your Support
I know that pregnancy and birth can bring excitement, anticipation, and sometimes uncertainty. That's why I became a doula, to make sure no family has to navigate this journey feeling alone.
Originally from Welkom, Free State, South Africa, I've spent more than 14 years caring for children and supporting families. Since becoming a doula in 2022, I've had the privilege of supporting more than 50 births, walking alongside families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period with compassionate, evidence-based care.
Today, I am a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and hold a Diploma in English Teaching, allowing me to educate and empower families with clear, evidence-based information so they can make confident decisions throughout their journey.
My goal is simple: to help you feel informed, respected, and deeply supported from pregnancy through postpartum. Whether your birth includes an epidural, induction, cesarean birth, or an unmedicated delivery, I am committed to honoring your choices and helping you feel safe, heard, and empowered every step of the way.
I believe every family deserves compassionate care, genuine advocacy, and someone who will walk beside them with kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support. It would be an honor to be part of your birth story.
